FUN WITH FRIENDS

Many of us who dance each day at Thousand Trails went to Old Town Thursday night to listen to the country singer and to dance. From right to left are Deb and Bob Norman, Jim and Terrie Fozzie. They are all good pickleball players and golfers.

Larry signed us up to take golf lessons at Sanctuary Ridge Golf Course. Instruction and videoing of your swings were offered through the Carl Rabito golf academy. We met Mark and Laurie Irwin at Verde Valley last year on our way home. We played golf with them in Cottonwood. We were happy to see them again here at Orlando TT and they wanted to take lessons with us.
Deb Norman has never played and wanted to learn so we all went Friday morning and had lessons with Mike Thorstensen.

We worked a lot on balance and keeping our weight centered. Larry is working on his swing path.

Mark and Mike looking at Larry's swing. Then we checked it on video. We practiced for awhile and all were making progress. I was using my new woman's golf clubs. Up to now I have been using Larry's. Larry also has new clubs, so maybe with our new equipment and lessons we will become pros:) We all go back again on Monday for more lessons!
