RV PORT

 The floor of the RV port needed painted. Our RV was going to be parked at Thousand Trails but when we went to go we found we were had no air conditioning and the refrigerator was off. So back to La Mesa RV it went again. Larry borrowed a power washer.

 We washed down the floor.

 Then we sanded the floor to remove all loose paint and to help the paint adhere. Then we washed and swept it again.

I spent the last two days painting. I like the new color.

FOOD DISTRUBUTION

 On July 21 I  helped at Well of Hope's food bank distribution. A Second Harvest truck dropped off all the food.

 I gave out a bag of frozen potatoes. There were hams, eggs, tomatoes, beans, rice fruit, water.

 Cars started driving through about 10:00. I worked till 12:00 and was wiped out from the heat. Cars were still coming and it was to be opened until 1:00.

I am not sure how many families were given food, but I know they were thinking it would be about 400.
