Saturday, March 22 was the East Central District Mission study at Lakeside in Sanford. Linda and Paula did a very nice presentation on the material, Coming Home.
There were some art activities and even a scavenger hunt.
For the soul care part of the day we had diamond painting, coloring, yoga and line dancing. It was a nice time to fellowship with others from our district.

LYNDA'S SURGERY
I flew to Philadelphia on Tuesday March 18. I was suppose to go on Sunday but my flight got cancelled because of weather (winds). I waited at the airport for 5 hours for Larry to come back and pick me up because he was at step study with his phone turned off. Driving by himself to the airport is not easy, for he can not read the signs with his loss of vision.
I flew to be with my sister when she had sinus surgery. There was a mucus sac that was causing her eye to bulge . It was cause from her last sinus surgery 25 years ago. I am thankful that Bob took her to Jefferson Hospital at 5:30 in the morning on Tuesday and then he picked me up at 5 pm from the airport. He took good care of her till I got there. Her surgery took 3 hours and she was back home early afternoon.
I flew Frontier which I had never flown before. Joe, Bob's friend and Uber diver took me to the airport on Friday. Lynda was doing pretty well just not breathing well thus no energy. Larry had Paul come to the airport with him to pick me up. Lynda had her follow up visit with the doctor on Monday, they syphoned out her nose (painful) but she was breathing again and each day feeling better.

TV WATCHING
We all enjoy watching the show The Americas on Sunday night. Patty has even reached up to tough the screen.
It is fun seeing her sit on the ottoman and watch the show.
It is a fascinating show with so much amazing information and photography. Family time.

ANIMAL KINGDOM VISIT
February was a beautiful day to visit Animal Kingdom. We were welcomed in the park by these macaws.
During the show they come flying through the park, it is quite a sight. then they are given some positive reward by the staff and off they flew.
Larry shared with the host at the Lion King show that he was had lost the vision in his left eye. They let us sit on the seats on the floor . We have never sat so close.
You sure could see their faces.
We waited in line for the safari tour for 40 minutes. While on the tour we were stopped for a few minutes for an animal to cross the path. While we waited these elephants came out from behind the tree and posed for us.
A walk through the gorillas was next. Larry had a little trouble seeing this one.
The big silverback gorilla was easy to see along with the little ones.
Again we got up front seating at Finding Nemo: The Big Blue and Beyond.
