MYSTIC REVISITED

We went back to Mystic Seaport on Saturday and spent the day seeing all of the exhibits and demonstrations.

We learned all about how they went after the whale in these little boats and each person's job.

The Joseph Conrad is the ship they use for training sailors and now a camp for boys and girls to experience sailing.

A demonstration on climbing the rigging.

Coming down.

We saw how they loaded and unloaded the ship.

The third floor of this building had lots of kid friendly interactive exhibits.
With the help of two little girls we had a little puppet show, of course they only spoke Spanish so I'm not sure if they understood anything going on.

The family from Puerto Rico.

The boathouse.

Mystic lighthouse.
