I got up 5:30 Thursday morning to see the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch with four astronauts. But it was postponed to Friday morning, April 15th. So I got up early again and watched it take off. That is not the moon it is the rocket.
During a day launch I only see the stream of exhaust, but this time I could see when the booster separated.
and returned to earth.
I will never get tired of watching a rocket launch, but I don't think I would ever want to be one of the astronauts.
