Monday morning painter arrived. We thought they were coming next week. There is no rain this week in the forecast so they wanted to get it done. We moved everything away from the walls.
They power washed it all.
The house is cement so they fill in all the cracks with sealant. Looks like we have graffiti.
They covered all the windows and anything that needed to be protected before they started painting. Then one painter sprayed on the paint while another rolled it. Makes painting a lot quicker and covers the surface a lot better.
The trim is being painted white.
The ceiling was painted white first, then the walls painted. Lot of cutting in of the wall to the ceiling around the entrance and the RV port.
On to the other side of the house and the back by Wednesday.
By Thursday afternoon the doors and all of the trim was painted and the house was finished.
Aaron Beasley is the contractor we hired to paint the house. His employees did most of the work. They did a great job and we would recommend them. The house looks beautiful.
